Between 8 and 16 decision-makers in the standard seminar configuration. The estate can be extended on request to host up to 50 guests with bespoke layouts.

Is the boardroom equipped?

Yes. Paperboards, screen, sound system, and pro-grade Wi-Fi with backup are included. Additional AV (lighting, recording, simultaneous translation) on request.

How is confidentiality ensured?

The palace is rented in full privatisation: no other party is on site. The team is NDA-bound. No third-party suppliers enter without prior written consent.

How far is the airport?

20 minutes from Marrakech-Menara International Airport. Private transfers can be organised on request.

Can the seminar include team-building?

Yes. Hammam ritual, yoga, golf bunker, putting green, and bespoke off-site experiences (Atlas excursions, palmeraie horseback) can be added to the day rate.
