What kind of productions are best suited?

Fashion editorials, beauty and jewellery campaigns, capsule launches, lookbook days, motion shoots, brand films, intimate press days. The estate's varied light scenarios and architectural diversity make it adaptable to most premium production briefs.

Is full crew access permitted?

Yes. Crew, talent and rigging are welcome. The covered parking accommodates 10 vehicles. Lighting, generator and grip can be sourced locally on request.

Can the team and talent stay on site?

Yes. Up to 50 people can be accommodated overnight with bespoke layouts (10 base units, plus pavilions, golf-lodges and the Villa-Riad on request). Private chef and full team included.

Are licensing rights granted for the location?

Standard production rights for editorial and brand use are included. Commercial advertising and broadcast rights are negotiated case by case.

1 to 3 days. Specific decoration setups possible. Tadelakt textures and material details for close-ups. Light architecture intervention for hero shots.

1 to 2 days, 8 to 15 crew. Refined textures, controlled natural light, intimate scenes. Secure storage for high-value pieces.

Collection launch · brand experience

1 to 2 days, 30 to 80 guests. Cocktail + dinner + sometimes overnight. Discreet management of arrivals/departures. Pro event service.
